Flaked fish sweet corn

Ingredients
400g flaky white fish fillet
200g sweet corn
large knob butter
100 ml milk

Process
Melt the butter in a medium hot frying pan and add the fish fillet.  When the fish flakes start to separate add the milk, heat through and gently separate the flakes. Add ground black pepper and stir in the sweet corn.  Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes
This also works with the addition of capers and lemon juice and with the corn replaced with rice mixed into the pan.
